Privacy policy

This explains what Arxiron collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Listings: for hosts, your charger's address, exact location, details, photos and opening hours.
• Bookings, messages and reviews you make on Arxiron.
• Payout details: for hosts who add them, the account title, Raast ID, IBAN and bank name guests pay into. We don't process payments ourselves.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to keep the service running.

We don't collect payment card details. We don't use advertising trackers.

Who sees what

• Anyone can see a listing's title, photos, price, extras, reviews and an approximate location.
• A host's exact address and phone number are shared only with drivers whose booking the host has confirmed. A driver's phone number is shared with the host of their booking.
• A host's payout details are shown only to drivers with a confirmed bank-transfer booking with that host.
• Messages are visible to the two people in the conversation, and to Arxiron staff when needed to handle reports or support requests.

Services we use

• Zoho Mail sends our emails (verification codes, booking updates, message alerts).
• Cloudflare protects and speeds up the website.
• OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap provide map images; your browser loads them directly.
• OSRM (route search) and Nominatim (address search) receive the places you search for, not your identity.

We don't sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. They can't be read by other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Booking records are kept so hosts and drivers have a history and we can resolve disputes. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep it by law.

You can view and update your details on your account page. To get a copy of your data, or to close your account and have your data deleted, email [email protected].
