Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Arxiron (arxiron.com) to find, book or offer an electric-vehicle charger. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Arxiron.

1. What Arxiron is

Arxiron is a platform that connects drivers with people who share their home EV chargers (“hosts”). We are not a party to the arrangement between a driver and a host: hosts own and are responsible for their chargers and premises, and drivers are responsible for their vehicles and conduct.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information, including a working email address and phone number.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or misuse the service.

3. Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when the host accepts it (or instantly, if the host has turned on instant book).
• The price is shown before you book and is fixed for that booking. You pay the host directly, in cash or by bank transfer (Raast) to the account they've added. Arxiron doesn't handle or hold payments.
• For bank transfers, check that the account name your banking app shows matches the one on your booking before sending, and mark the payment as sent on your booking page. Refunds for cancelled bookings are sent by the host.
• Requests a host doesn't answer within 24 hours expire. Either side may cancel through Arxiron; please do so as early as possible.
• Disputes about a session are between the driver and host. We're happy to help where we can: contact us.

4. Fees

Arxiron is currently free for drivers and hosts. As the service grows we may introduce a fee to cover the cost of running it. We'll tell you clearly and in advance, and a fee will never apply to a booking already made.

5. Hosts

• Your charger must be safely installed, in working order, and legally yours to share.
• Prices must stay within the limits Arxiron sets, and your listing must be accurate, including connector type, power, location and extras.
• You're responsible for any taxes, permissions and insurance that apply to sharing your charger.

6. Drivers

• Arrive at the booked time, use the charger and the host's property with care, and follow the host's instructions.
• Make sure your vehicle and cable are compatible and in safe condition.

7. Acceptable use

Don't harass anyone, post false or misleading content, misuse other people's contact details, try to get around the platform's security, or use Arxiron for anything illegal.

8. Liability

Arxiron is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or damage arising from a session between a driver and host, including damage to vehicles, chargers or property, or for the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani law that can't be limited.
